Problem
The main purpose for the high level cleaning operation was due to a recent fire from machinery within the factory area. As well as an amount of smoke damage and carbonised burnt on residue as a result of the fire, there was a build up of dirt due to the area not being cleaned for some time.

Solution
Given the working height and inaccessibility of the job our IPAF and PASMA trained operatives required the use of both cherry pickers and mobile scaffolding towers, working over 10 metres in height. Utilizing a low pressure spraying system using heavy degreaser MP9 mixed with PH neutral water a full manual deep clean and vacuum was undertaken, inclusive of all ceiling areas, high level steelwork, pipe work and lights.
