Working in partnership across all sectors with developers, liquidators and receivers we provide full project management solutions to suit any site decommissioning requirements.

With detailed experience of decommissioning pharmaceutical, petro-chemical, cosmetic and engineering manufacturing plants Newlife can provide full contract solutions.

Our experienced operatives can undertake full decontamination work on any tanks, vessels and pipe work prior to dismantling, allowing for safe removal of any plant or machinery. Inclusive of stripping out any mechanical and electrical services we can arrange for the sale of redundant machinery and plant if required. Our specialist demolition division can then oversee systematic removal of specific areas of a site without interference to production in other areas of the plant.

Conforming to all RIDDOR, CDM regulations and HSE legislation Newlife’s dedicated project managers oversee all aspects of plant decommissioning in line with industry set best practice guidelines.
